Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week; Tuesdays off (non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the majority of the caseload being outpatient
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established plan-of-care goals and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in department scheduling and adhere to established operational guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required ; candidates with a compact-eligible license will be considered, provided an Oregon license application is submitted immediately upon contract acceptance
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to manage a combined inpatient and outpatient caseload
• Please note: hours are not expected to be available during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pelvic floor therapy training or experience is a plus, though not required
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Interest in long-term placement and professional growth within the department
