Job Description

Randstad is looking for a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Processor / Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) to join our financial services office in downtown Spokane. As the primary first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment. M-F 10am-2pm

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 2 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• • Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures
• • Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed
• • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
