Role Description The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN and the southeast. This position oversees daily construction activities, manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with project specifications. The role includes coordinating materials and equipment deliveries, monitoring job site safety and compliance, and maintaining organized project documentation and reports.
